1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing the website at www.upandadamcarpetcleaning.com or by scheduling services with Up and Adam Carpet Cleaning ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
2. Services Provided Up and Adam Carpet Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services. All quotes are estimates based on information provided and are subject to onsite inspection. We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe or unsanitary conditions.
3. Mobile Message Service Terms (SMS/Text) By consenting to Up and Adam Carpet Cleaning’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Up and Adam Carpet Cleaning through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided.
Program Description: We send text messages to provide service estimates, appointment confirmations, arrival reminders, and occasional service updates.
Age Restriction: By using this service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.
Help Instructions: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at (262) 771-2322.
Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service appointments and interactions.
4. Scheduling and Cancellations
Cancellations: We respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Access: The customer agrees to provide our technicians with access to the premises at the scheduled time.
5. Payments Payment is due in full upon completion of services. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
6. Service Limitations & Liability
Stain Removal: We cannot guarantee the removal of all stains (e.g., permanent dyes, bleach spots).
Pet Odors: Surface cleaning may not fully eliminate odors if urine has penetrated the subfloor or padding.
Damage: Up and Adam Carpet Cleaning is not liable for pre-existing damage (e.g., loose seams, wear and tear) or damage to items that were not removed from the cleaning area by the customer.
7. Privacy Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information. We do not sell or share your mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes.
8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Kenosha County, Wisconsin.
